Tony Palo - T1/Full Race/RLZ/Omni-Power Integra

Tony has been in the import drag racing industry for about 14 years.  He started out working for other race shops, learning alot about drag racing, and what it takes to set records. After about 10 years he finally deciding he had enough knowledge to do his own thing. 

Tony opened T1 Race Development about 4 years ago, and he's been racing and growing ever since.  In his first year of racing his own vehicle, he was the first in Texas to break into the 9's in a street car, won 2 NOPI events, 1 NHRA event, and the NHRA West Coast division championship for the SFWD class.  He also set the record at the end of that year with a 9.62. 

Tony and his team have continued to set the bar for FWD drag racing and they have held the record in the class for over a year now.   In 2008 he went to the first annual 'Outlaw' race and qualified #1, reset the record twice (first time with a 9.13, second with an 8.99), and was the first to break into the 8's winning the event. 

He then followed up a couple weeks later at a local race and reset the record again with an 8.90.

Tony has also recently raced at the Pinks All Out event in North Carolina in front of 32,000 people.  There he ran a 9.09 against a crazy looking truck which ran a 9.40.  It was a very entertaining race for the fans as it was the typical FWD vs. RWD race.

Tony continues to strive for improvement, and he will continue to set the bar for street car performance.
